Karen Majovski - Co-President




Karen is in her third year at USF Law. In addition to serving as President of BLA, she is also a Staff Member of the USF Law Review and serves as Co-Chair for the USF Student Bar Association Centennial Committee, where she is actively involved in planning the law school's centennial celebration this year. She is also a Constitutional Law Research Assistant to Professor Maya Manian and previously served as a Representative of the Employment Law Clinic.

Karen graduated summa cum laude from the Honors Program at the University of San Diego, with a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. She was recently a summer law clerk at Anderson Law in San Francisco and was previously a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

Karen is interested in pursuing a career in business litigation or defense-side employment law.

Joe Gruber – Co-President


Joe is originally from Stockton, California, where he attended Lincoln High School and played water polo and swam for the swim team.  He moved to Salem, Oregon, to attend Willamette University and graduated with a major in International Studies and a minor in Economics and Politics.  After graduation he worked for an environmentally friendly building development and management company as a leasing agent and Internet marketing liaison.  He is currently in his second year at USF Law School and is looking to specialize in business law.

Christina Inciong – Vice President


Christina was born in the Bay Area and raised in Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where she was actively involved in Alpha Phi. During college, she worked in marketing positions at Ingersoll Rand and The Pearl Hotel. Christina is currently a third-year student at USF Law, and she plans to pursue a career in IP transactional work. In addition to serving on the BLA Board, she is also Co-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association and a member of Grad Committee.

Alexandra Hoffman – Director of Marketing & Secretary


Alex is in her third year at USF Law and is interested in pursuing a career in corporate & securities law or sports law. In addition to being a BLA Board member, she is also a member of the USF Sports & Entertainment Law Association (SELA) Board, USF Law Review, and the Graduation Committee. Alex was a summer associate at a boutique corporate firm in Palo Alto, working on corporate governance and venture capital/seed financings for early-stage startup companies.

Before law school, Alex moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and worked as a corporate paralegal, both at the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and in-house at a corporation, and as an investment-banking analyst and compliance officer. Originally born on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and raised in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, she graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut with a B.A. in Psychology, where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and played women’s rugby.

 Anthony Arger – JD/MBA Liason



Anthony Arger is pursuing his joint JD/MBA degree at the University of San Francisco.  He is currently at the business school for his third year of the four year program.  He completed his undergraduate work at Bates College (Class of ’06), where he played football and earned degrees in Political Science and Spanish. 

After college, Anthony moved to New York City and took a job with Morgan Stanley as a junior underwriter of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS).  He later moved to Dexia, a French bank, where he worked as an analyst for infrastructure projects, which primarily consisted of financing bridges, railroads, toll bridges, and airports.  After two and a half years in New York, however, he was ready for a change and decided to move back to the West Coast (he is originally from Reno, NV) to work at a family winery in the Napa Valley.  Although he has continued to work for the winery throughout his time at USF, he is very interested in a legal career that focuses on business and corporate law.

Evan Philip LeBon – Co-Director of Membership


Evan Philip LeBon is a 3L at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Evan grew up in St. Paul, MN and landed in San Francisco after graduating from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. At Colgate, Evan studied British Literature and Geology. Prior to attending law school, Evan worked in San Francisco as a Litigation Paralegal at Morrison Foerster LLP, then as Director of Operations at a Bay-Area-based e-commerce start up company. In addition to his involvement with the Business Law Association, Evan serves as a Literary Editor to the University of San Francisco Maritime Law Journal, a student tutor in the Academic Support Program, and is pursuing the Business Law Certificate. Evan enjoys spending free time with his wife, Janice, and his dog, Lucie. Evan is also an avid surfer, triathlete, and cricketer.

Keenan McCullough – Co-Director of Membership




Keenan was born in Spokane, WA and raised in Sonoma County just north of San Francisco. He is currently working towards his J.D. at the University of San Francisco where he is a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society. While at USF, Keenan was selected to lead a weekly contracts tutorial for first year students and he is a senior staff member on the Law Review.

Prior to law school, Keenan worked for three years as an accountant at KPMG, LLP where he earned his CPA license. His clients included Fortune 100 companies within the banking and insurance industries. Keenan received his B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2007.

Keenan enjoys skiing, traveling, and reading. He is also a huge fan of the San Francisco Giants.

Richard Romasanta – Director of Alumni Relations




Richard was born and raised in California. He attended the University of California, Irvine where he majored in Economics. After undergrad he moved to Washington DC to attain a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University. After that, he worked at Merrill Lynch. Richard is a third year at USF Law and is currently a Judicial Intern for the Superior Court of California
